BNI is the worlds largest referral network organization in the world. My loan officer and friend Sean Krause met with me in October and we decided to start our own BNI chapter in Downtown Sacramento. We now have 30 members with 2 current applications pending. I have personally closed 3 real estate transactions as a result of referrals from the group and I have also given over 30 referrals in the past 6 months. It doesn’t matter what economy we are facing, strong business relationships are always needed if you want to succeed in business!
